The Unrivalled Footbal Game for Xperia Ray
Installation:
1) Download PES_2012_v1.04_for_Xperia Ray & SD Data: PES_2012_Data_ray-xperia
2) Extract SD Data! Find & Copy the Folder "us.konami.pes2012" to your SD card with address:
\Android\Data\
3) Install the .apk
4) Play the Game
This is the latest version that have Commentary...

Delete@BTA 9333 Emm... I've not tested it on Arc / Arc S because I don't have an Arc... U can try it on your Arc S... IMO, It should work...
